Our People

Loizos is the founder and member of the Board of Directors of Sharelink Services Limited. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Prudens Limited since 2016 and of SFS Group Public Company Ltd since 1998.

He studied business administration and he specializes in finance and personal financial markets. He is a holder of a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the Philips College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keele University in UK. Additionally, he holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and he is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC. He has also been approved from the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) for registering in the special list of Nominated Advisors, according to the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange laws and regulations.

He is one of the co-founders of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd. From 1995 until the end of 1999, he was an investment advisor and the Manager of the branch of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd located in Paralimni, in Ammochostos District. From 2000 until mid-2002 he was employed by Share Link Administration Management Ltd, as an asset manager of the local market. For a number of years, he served also as a director of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd and Share Link Administration Management Ltd. From August 2002 until September 2006, he was employed by A. Zorbas & Sons Public Company Ltd, in the position of the Factory Manager. In October 2006 he founded his own company, L.A. Loizou Business Consultants Ltd., which was offering consulting services to companies and individuals. From November 2009 until September 2021, he was the Managing Director of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Investment Firm, subsidiary of SFS Group.

Louiza is a Director of Sharelink Services Limited since August 2021. She is also the Head of Corporate Finance of Prudens Limited since December 2021.

She joined the SFS Group in 1996 and she was involved in the administration and management of the brokerage operation until the end of 2001. From 2002 until 2009 she held different managerial positions in the Compliance and Secretarial division of the SFS Group. From November 2009 until September 2021, she was the Deputy Managing Director of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Investment Firm subsidiary of the SFS Group.

Niki is a Clients’ Service Officer of Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since December 2021.

She holds the Basic Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and she is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

After graduating from high school, she started working in a Law Firm as a Personal Assistant exercising administrative and secretarial duties. She joined the SFS Group in in August 2008 and until mid-2011 she worked in the Legal, Compliance and Secretarial Department gaining experience in administrative, secretarial and compliance sector. From August 2011 until August 2021, she was involved in the brokerage division of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Cyprus Investment Firm, subsidiary of the SFS Group. She has over 26 years working experience in the field of administration and clients’ support.

Chryso is an Administrative Officer of Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since January 2022.

She has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus and a Diploma in Finance and Economics from University of Warwick in UK. Additionally, she holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and she is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

She joined the SFS Group in 2016 and she was involved in the brokerage operation of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, until the end of 2021. She worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Economics of University of Cyprus. She has more than eleven years’ experience as a Back Office Administrator/ Supervisor in the Finance Sector of the economy having sufficient knowledge in anti-money laundering legislation and KYC controls, having good skills in reporting and analyzing data and good communicational skills.

Costas is a Broker at Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since October 2021.

He holds a Banking Certificate from the Institute of Bankers and the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and he is therefore registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

After graduating from high school, he started working in Coopers and Lybrand as an accountant. In 1990 he joined Hellenic Bank Investments, initially as an accountant and then in 1996 he moved in the brokerage department as a broker. In 1999 he joined the SFS Group as a broker of its subsidiary, Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Cyprus Investment Firm. He has over 30 years working experience in the field of brokerage, investments and financial markets.

Panayiotis is a Broker at Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since October 2021. He holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and he is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

In May 2002, after completing his MBA (Finance) studies, he joined the SFS Group as a broker of its subsidiary, Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Cyprus Investment Firm. In addition, from July 2014 to February 2016, he chaired the Board of Directors of a Cooperative Bank (COOP Kokkinochorion). He has over 20 years working experience in the field of investments and financial markets.

Currently, he holds the position of Teaching Fellow at Leicester University, mainly supervising MBA and MSc finance students and teaching ‘Corporate Finance’ to MSc and MBA students. Since 2011, he is also teaching ‘Corporate Finance’, ‘Bank Regulation and Resolution of Banking Crises’, ‘Macro-Economic Policy & Financial Markets’ and ‘Banking & Capital Markets’ for SOAS (University of London) on a part-time basis for the Distance Learning programme, as well.
